We use a unique barcode identification system for sorting, inventory and inquiries.

Custody

Our application allows the management of your documentation in a single click, including reports, searches and monitoring:

  • Linear custody: strong Ideal system for documentary collections with a high level of consultation.
  • Palletized custody: Ideal system for documentary collections with a low level of consultation.

Queries

You will always have your documentation at a single click and in 24 hours (or much less in the case of urgent loans) you will only have to request it:

  • Ordinary inquiries: Delivery in a maximum of 24 hours.
  • Urgent inquiries: Delivery in a maximum of 2-4 hours.
  • Telematic consultation: It will be sent by email in pdf format in a maximum of 1 hour.
  • Query “in situ”: It will be put in a room specially arranged for it in our facilities.

Confidential destruction

We use a double verification system to authorize the destruction of the documentation and we proceed by following the regulations on personal data protection.

We certify and destroy any information on any medium: paper, optical and magnetic media.
